An oyster farmer leaves the farm. 

The Wandering Oyster was started by Bill Walton and his wife, Beth, along with their partner Troy Parnell and his wife, Camellah. As former oyster farmers, Bill and Beth have intimate knowledge of what makes an oyster special—the salinity of the water, how they’re raised, where they come from, the type of algae in the water, and everything else that imparts distinctive flavors to different varieties. Add to that Troy’s past experience in the hospitality business at Hilton, along with Camellah’s flair for decorating, and you’ve got the perfect way to share their love of oysters at your next event.
